I have worked with Brittney Fakoury from Bay Area Funding Group personally on my last 2 home loans. I have also done Transaction Coordinating on escrows that she is the lender on for RE/MAX clients. She has exceeded my standards by far and always makes me feel confident that the loans will close and on time. I love that I can call her directly and she almost always answers her phone and if not, she returns my calls promptly. She is very professional and her experience reflects in her work and knowledge. I highly recommend her and have given her name out numerous times with confidence they will be well taken care of.

I can honestly say Brittney Fakoury with Bay Area Home Finance is one of the BEST lenders to be in Escrow with. Not only does she provide great service and competitive rates, she can save a deal from falling apart at the last minute. Brittney helped me at my Open House, met a buyer, got his information and qualified him. He selected a lender in Southern California, when he submitted his offer. When that lender could not deliver what they had promised to this buyer, Brittney got him qualified for a loan and was able to still close on time. Her appraisal came in at $40,000 above the offer price, where the other appraisal only came in only at the offering price. At the final hour she also reduced his payment $90.00 per month. She is very professional, fun to work with, and has outstanding communication skills with the client and me as the realtor. I would highly recommend Brittney.

Brittney was the most knowledgeable and professional contact from the moment my wife and I started looking for a home, all the way through the move in process. She was prompt to respond, was always one step ahead of the game and if we had any questions about other aspects of the buying process she did the research for us. She was a pleasure to work with and allowed us to close with a 2 week escrow, even during the holiday season. Highly recommend and we will definitely be contacting Brittney for any other loan needs.

We're closing a deal in Livermore with Brittney Fakoury with the Bay Area Funding Group as our buyer's lender this week. She moved things along lightning fast and really helped position our clients to get their deal accepted in this very competitive market! Thank you so much Brittney! Hope to do it again with you soon!
